Tattoo 13 is a welcoming and clean establishment where clients feel comfortable and at ease. He works efficiently, completing multiple tattoos in a reasonable time frame at fair prices. Chummy is also skilled at creating custom designs, including partial cover-ups, and ensures that clients feel relaxed throughout the process. With a relaxed and open environment, Tattoo 13 has built a loyal client base over the years.
I got my first tattoo a week ago and could not be more pleased with the results. It was a father/college-aged-son matching tattoo outing, and Chummy was engaging and thoughtful with both ends of the age spectrum. He is a consummate professional, whose care and attention to hygiene, his clients, and his art are impressive. While I am not sure if I will be getting any more tattoos, if I do, I will be certain to return to Tattoo 13 and look for Chummy.
Chummy was awesome. Me and my best friend went there, he was able to finish 3 tattoos total for us in a reasonable time, at reasonable prices, made cleanliness a priority, and he took us as walk-ins. He is interesting to talk to and I felt comfortable asking him to make certain alterations that I wanted without feeling like a burden. It was also my friend’s first time getting a tattoo and he made sure she felt comfortable and could take breaks if she needed. If I get another tattoo while I’m in the area I’ll definitely be returning.
I wanted to do a partial cover up - leave my kids' initials but cover my ex's. I assumed I was stuck with black based on the prior tattoo but Chummy came up with an amazing design and even refreshed the part of the old one I was leaving so it would all age the same. It looks like one piece, looks fantastic - and such a relief! Chummy is an amazing artists and was also great to work with!
