Contacted Matt and the folks at Premium in hopes of getting two small tattoos later that same day. I was done at the shop two hours later, completely at east and thrilled with the work.
Highly recommend Premium. We’ll be back!

Cool spot in Oakland. Clean and professional with staff that seemed close knit and friendly. Shout out to Rafa, I had to rebook on my end due to scheduling conflicts and he was understanding about it all. I got a pokemon tattoo and his attention to detail was great with clean lines and light touch compared to some of the other spots I’ve been too.
