Super Spa offers massage services, with skilled and strong masseuses who can provide a relaxing experience. However, there are a few areas for improvement. Some customers have reported issues with sound insulation in the rooms, as noise from other people can be heard. There have also been complaints about communication, with some clients and masseuses having difficulties understanding each other. Additionally, there have been reports of repeated requests for tips, which customers found unprofessional. The spa has new ownership and some customers have noticed a change in the quality of the massages. Despite these issues, many customers appreciate the good massage they receive.
Today is the second time I came here. The last time it was a lady, I forgot her name. Today I was get the service by kevin. In Generally, the masseurs in this store are very skilled and powerful, and they can fully treat my back relaxing. But the only thing that needs to be improved is the sound insulation of the room. I could clearly hear other people walking. The massage is a relaxing treat, I hope the owner will consider installing carpet.

I was a customer of Super Spa before they changed owners. The pricing is different and the staff is all different. The massages are no longer as great in my opinion as they used to be. Then at the end of the massage, the masseuse pestered me to give her a $20 tip instead of the original one I was willing to give. I gave her the $20 since I refused to argue with them since I knew I wouldn't be returning. I miss the old Super Spa.
