Thor and his crew are the best hauling service I have worked with. They will take everything, from junk to soil to green waste. I called them short notice about a yard/trash haul and shed demolition that I needed done quickly. Time was essential in this case. Thor and his crew showed up that day, and finished the job a day later. The yard looks a million times better, and the rotten shed and debris is all gone. The price was very fair for the amount of stuff being removed, and how quickly I needed it gone. Give these guys a call. They are amazing.

It was a small project -- until it wan't a small project! Take down the chimney -- that's where it started! And taking down the chimney went wonderfully! Quick, not drama, and it was gone! But, when the chimney was gone, we saw -- we saw for the first time -- there was no sheerwall anywhere in the house! Horizontal boarding had been required by code in the 1940s when the house had been built, but there was none! Stucco had been applied to flimsy drywall. Two "structural" walls were only skip-lath and cedar shingle! We all took a deep breath -- quickly, a good structural engineer provided drawings and calcs -- quickly, the city double-checked and passed our permit application -- and Thor and crew came back. Sons of Odin expertly removed all of the exterior surfaces of the house. There was no mess, no fuss, no drama, just get-it-done. Fairly priced and competent! Thank you, Thor!

Sons of Odin is the best. Thor is incredibly responsive, professional, and flexible. I've worked with him and his team for five years for all our hauling needs. We often use his services for hauling dirt, concrete, and construction debris. Any disposal company can drop off a dumpster but with Sons of Odin, you get a lot more flexibility. They can often pick up or swap bins on short notice. If you're using a bigger company, you're at the mercy of their schedule. Thor has invested in state of the art trucks that are powerful enough to lift a full concrete dumpster but small enough to navigate narrow one way streets and small driveways. It's hard to explain how important this is in the Bay Area where the streets and driveways are narrow. We won't use anyone else for our hauling needs!
