It was a great experience. The hospitality was beyond five star, the care that went in to doing my hair was satisfying. The outcome of my hair was exactly like I asked down to the minor detailing. I would recommend Mimi to anyone including any gender and any age. She works fast, neat and to my comfortability which is a major plus. The owner of Simplicity, Alicia has been my hair stylist for years! She always does a wonderful job & has been in the hair business for over 25years. Alicia is a color specialist, knows techniques for natural hair, a wizard on the wand (flat iron) & can style any type of hair! When I say I got some great service. That is what I mean. I hate when I go to a salon and have to wait past my time that was scheduled. My stylist MiMi was on time, courteous and patient. She listened to my concerns about my hair and what kind of products I don't like to be used. I'm extremely tinder headed. She was very gentle on my scalp. I'm glad she had time to fit me in last minute to her schedule. Best choice I've made I've already booked my next appointment. P.S. Her head massages while she shampoos and conditions my hair are amazing.....!!!!!
