Overall we're happy enough with the service, but they could stand to up their communications game. There were some details that got overlooked, and when I asked about them after the crew left there was no response. Also, neighbors who were considering a Sequoia proposal had questions that were never answered, so they dropped it.
Gary and his crew did a wonderful job pruning our two sequoias on our property line. After the pruning was completed, all the new cuttings and old dead fall were efficiently removed and the yard raked clean leaving it emaculate.
