Do not use this company. They bid the lowest of 3 bids, and that was our mistake to go with them. Rich and his team of 3 were over their heads and admitted they were unable to complete the work, essentially blaming me for not having the tree trimmed sooner. About 1/3 of the redwood tree was trimmed before they gave up and the shoots at the base were not completely cut back. There is a large hole where too much was cut. He had excuses for everything. Rich became very defensive when we asked him to lower the price since they were unable to complete the work in his estimate. After much discussion he agreed to $200 off of the $2,400 bill. Coastal has done several jobs for me, great work each time. A storm broke off a big limb that then got caught in other branches, dangling over my driveway!.Thomas and his crew were out there to get it cleared, even in the driving rain. Good guys!

Hans, Rich & team have trimmed a larger tree we have in our front yard every 2 years for the past 6 years. They are talented, responsive and do a great job cleaning up. This has left my tree healthy, beautiful and appropriately sized. Will continue using and recommend!
