Had such an amazing experience at Saunders and James Nail Care! The salon is clean, welcoming, and incredibly relaxing. Jules at the front desk was absolutely wonderful — so friendly, professional, and helpful from the moment I walked in. She made check-in effortless and set the tone for a truly special visit. Every member of the staff was just as fantastic — attentive, skilled, and genuinely caring. My nails came out beautiful, with flawless attention to detail. I can’t recommend this salon enough — shoutout to Jules and the entire team for making the experience so exceptional!

I had the most wonderful experience in this place. The place is super clean. The staff are professional, attentive and sweet. The technician I saw today was Skye. She was so nice, sweet and delicate with my hands. Too bad she doesn’t work Saturdays lol I will definitely come back to this place.

I go to Saunders & James every month for a pedicure with Kate, and it’s truly one of my favorite self-care ritual. The entire team is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and thoughtful… I love chatting with everyone and they always remember my preferences, which makes the experience feel so personal. The space is relaxing, the service is consistently excellent, and I always leave feeling refreshed and taken care of. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place that treats you like a regular, not just an appointment.
