Probably the best nail spa in North Oakland/Lower Rockridge.The environment is peaceful and clean, with soothing background music. Plus, a massage chair with a hot water tub spa.Five stars on the pedicure and the best foot massage; it's an oil and hot stone massage on my feet and legs. My feet feel so clean and soft.Four stars on the gel manicure because it didn't have the same oil and hot stone massage. They have so many color selections to choose from.Overall, an excellent spot for nails.

I don’t like writing bad reviews, especially for a place that has had excellent service in the past. However, my experience today was frustrating, to say the least.I informed the nail tech who helped me (40’s female, with glasses) of the nail shape I wanted—showed her pictures on three different occasions, and she still did not understand what I wanted. On the third occasion I asked her to “fix” the shape of my nails, she began talking loudly to her coworker (presumably about me) in a language I did not understand.Then, once she began painting my nails, I noticed several of the edges were rough and pointy.
