I called Roto Rooter to fix a pipe underneath my house. I'm very happy with the communication with my technician Enrique and the speediness and punctuality when coming out for the service.
Repair of the main line between the meter and house was done in a professional manner. The crew showed up on-time as promised, they explained the repair work clearly, they finished the work expeditiously and they left the site clean.
Stephen was incredibly helpful in scheduling a crew on such short notice, less than 24 hours, to assist with our emergency pipe burst. Louis, along with another crew member, arrived late in the evening around 8:30 pm to restore our water temporarily , which was a huge relief after being without it all day. The team was highly responsive, efficient, and got the job done quickly. We're very appreciative of their professionalism and prompt service.
