Great service! Arrived quickly. Transparent pricing. And explained everything that needed to be done step by step. Did a great job and fixed our issue! Also threw in a quick repair as well. Highly recommend!
so we had a backed up main line and called them on a Sunday morning expecting to wait until Monday, but they actually showed up within a few hours which was surprising. the guy was nice and explained everything as he went, he had to use the big snake and it cleared things up pretty fast, didnt feel like he was trying to upsell me on anything I didnt need. the whole thing cost a bit more than I hoped for a single visit but honestly for emergency service on a weekend I get it. they cleaned up the mess they made too which was appreciated because that drain water was nasty. We were in a pickle and called Roto-Rooter and Sayed came by in like 15 min. Let me tell you how thorough this guy was… not only did he come and fix the problem. He assessed and went step by step explaining potential issues and fixes. Then as he provided the service it was a “you can do it or not” situation. No hassles. But we knew the way he explained the scenario he was right. 30 min later problem resolved! Thanks brother
