After 9 months of trying to get rid of rats using Orkin and a quote from another company for 8000, I was referred to Rat Patrol from a family friend. I found the owner to be very professionally and knowledgeable. The rats were gone after 6 weeks! The contract is reasonable in price and covers up to 2 years in maintenance service. Incredibly impressed with Rat Patrol. They were responsive, reasonable, and easy to work with. I had seen multiple positive reviews on Nextdoor about them about them. Just to be double check, I reached out to several companies on Yelp and I was getting double or triple the cost of Rat Patrol. The others felt like they were more of a scam. Rat Patrol had a longer warranty and offered more reasonable measures to rat proof the house. The owner is friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. The only downside is that they are busy. It took me a couple of weeks to schedule the first visit (I wasn't in a rush, so it worked out well. I can't recommend them enough, they are great.

We've been using Garland and Rat Patrol for at least 15 years. It is a rare pleasure to hire someone who is honest, straight-forward, thorough, competent, and understands his business so well. It is no thrill when the rats infest, but it is always a pleasure to watch Garland do his work.
