I requested unscented products - 90% of their products were already unscented, and they made an adjustment for us. they got us in for a deep clean THE NEXT AFTERNOON!
Santos & Gricelda cleaned our 1-bdrm apartment. there was trouble finding parking downtown (we all know how hard it is) - they did not hesitate to let us know right away they may be a bit late.
We have been using their services for a biweekly cleaning since May of this year and we are continually impressed. A team of two comes in and they work quickly and efficiently. They will provide a list of the areas they will clean and you can ask for additional services if needed. They are always responsive to feedback and go above and beyond to make sure your house feels like a home. They have even organized some of the items on countertops for me when I wasn't able to do a proper pickup. They seem to really care about their customers and take care of much more detail than I have seen from other services. 10/10 highly recommended.

I have used them twice. Very good customer service, easy to schedule. They show up on time, two at a time. They take Visa and MasterCard and stuff which is nice, as well as cash if you prefer. They do a good job but not amazing. I feel the price is a little high for the quality of the work. But they are my go-to if I need the house cleaned at the last minute - I like that they don't need a lot of notice, and they show up as scheduled and they do a decent job.
