I love this place. I really do. I’ve been coming here forever. However I have had many disappointing experiences. The recent sneaky price increases are unprofessional and aren’t reflected in the quality of the experience. It used to be $45 total per hour for the combo, and $30 per hour per hot tub (even less before the pandemic) They increased the combo room to $45 per person last year with no communication or improvements of the room. They recently increased the prices again to $50 per person. I suppose they did finally fix the shower in there. Yay for water pressure and hot water! Was even nicer than the photos. We only did the hot tub portion, but had a really relaxing experience. The staff were especially warm, welcoming, and genuinely seemed happy to be there, which made a difference. They provide towels and the room has a shower, so it’s easy to just show up and unwind. One note for daytime visits: the hot tubs get a bit of direct sunlight. We also didn’t see an obvious way to lower the water temperature, though we didn’t ask the staff. Parking may be difficult to find during the day especially on the weekends (when we went), so just plan to get there a little early

I came to get a massage with Stephen Bartlett and it was really amazing!! I found him to be responsive to my feedback about pressure, very friendly, kind, & easy to talk to. Also, my body is so relaxed now, after the massage I felt like I could nap, and even today, one day later, I feel strangely calm. It feels like the kind of massage with benefits after the fact, and that was with medium pressure. Give him a try, he's great 💕
