Peraza Construction is on of the best contractors I have had in my 7 year journey of remodeling my home. Hands down Alex has provided solutions that no one else could think of including cost, quality and timeliness. He really listens to his client and provides options. I would high recommend him for any project. He is the only one I would hire to do anything in my house.
I was introduced to Alex when he was remodeling a home for a friend of mine; that went well! Since then I have used him several times. He built a cantilevered deck for me, off the master bedroom at my home. I am a Realtor by trade, so I have also used him several times to help to prep my listings. He has done plumbing work and countertops for me - and is currently doing a large whole house remodel, which includes all the things; paint, floors, new kitchen and bathrooms, new windows, tile work, plumbing and electrical, new deck and landscaping etc. His bids are clear and detailed and he is super responsive.
