    This place is a true treasure of wisdom. I have been doing moment for 30+ years yoga, tai chi, martial arts. Working as a professional and a teacher for 20 of those years. JinSung was showing me things that are fundamental to movement and alignment that I have never seen or heard of. In three class I have had breakthroughs that I didn’t know where possible on a physical and emotional level with relationship to my body and moment. I would also like to add my friend who has no yoga experience and does not work out loved the class as well. Please do your self a solid and take a beginner level 1-2 class with JinSung and come with an open mind and heart and see what happens.

    Jin Sung is an amazing teacher, truly dedicated to his craft. He has a keen eye and zones in carefully to where adjustments are needed for every student in the class. His dog, Teddy is so cute, and a nice addition to the class. I always leave feeling lighter and looser. On Sundays, he offers the beginners class suitable for anyone whether they have experience or not. I've been to many yoga studios, and they don't always pay attention to you or your form. Jin Sun will make sure you are doing the asanas correctly.

    JinSung has recently purchased special elastic resistance belts (the closest equivalent might be the springs used in a Pilates reformer), and has fully incorporated them into asana. No other local yoga class offers this, and the effect is, you will get much stronger - and gain that strength quicker - than anywhere else. Also, unlike most other yoga classes, JinSung also routinely incorporates and intelligently builds up to handstand, headstand, and wheel in his sequencing. This is different than most yoga classes, which often treat inversions as an afterthought.
