In 2019 at he age of 76, I drove from Los Angeles for my first appointment with Dr. Ruch. After 20 min of painless treatment, I could stand up straight and taller. I was so impressed with his highly, effective techniques that I've made the trip back two or three times a year! At age 84 I'm functioning physically better than ever. My family and friends are amazed at the things I do and I want to continue doing them. If I lived closer I would have an appointment every month! Thank God for Dr Ruch whose skills outshine all others.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Dr. Christine Thompson and the team at North Oakland Chiropractic. I’ve been recovering from a prolonged issue involving weakness, gait impairment, and soft tissue tightness, and the HILT laser therapy has helped reduce tightness and support my rehab progress. Dr. Thompson is experienced, professional, and very understanding, and I’ve appreciated how thoughtfully she has tailored treatment including chiropractic manipulation to my specific needs. The front staff are also attentive and make scheduling easy and smooth. Highly recommend.
