Quaint location in the heart of downtown Oakland with great stylists - who actually all talk to you and have a good time while doing your hair. They work quickly, neatly and do beautiful work. The efficiency of sharing the work on each client (maybe one washes, another starts the process and another finishes it off) makes for a faster experience- which is always nice! The owner and staff are all Beautiful Black Educated women who take pride in themselves and their work. If you are a true 'natural hair' girl or guy...this place is for you! #braidslocs
I am so happy I gave this shop a try. Gotten locs re-twisted twice now. Color added on my last appointment. Angie is the best loctician in my opinion. She really cares for her customers.
I made an appointment with Angie one day last week and I am very pleased. I have MS and explained over the phone my situation. Angie made me fell like I was her one and only customer even though she was quite busy. I'm very pleased with how my locs look and feel. Color next!!
