I locked myself out of my house today and called these guys. The dispatcher who took my info was perfectly pleasant and told me a technician would get back to me shortly. The technician (Lior) called me about about ten minutes later to let me know he would be at my house in 25 minutes. He got there on time and did a great job!I'm not sure what the going rate is for getting back into your own house, but at end of the day I'm gonna pay it, and what they charged me wasn't exorbitant.
