Kathleen was so caring and professional with me and my kitty. She got right back to me about my concerns and I felt like she really cared about my cat and all of her "guests". She came across as VERY kind and I would highly recommend the Mod Cat Hotel.

I was so nervous leaving my kitty while I went on a trip, but Kathleen put my nerves at ease and sent me pictures every day and provided excellent care for my baby. I was glad to see she was doing well and enjoying her time at this cat hotel! She seems to have a good system going and was delightful to do business with. I highly recommend this place for your kitty boarding needs!

We left our little guy with Kathleen for 10 days while we traveled abroad. Kathleen went above and beyond to make sure that our cat was comfortable and felt at home. Her establishment is very suitable for cats and we knew our little guy would be safe. The best part about it, is she sent us pictures of our cat everyday! Our cat made new friends and was enjoying his time. It was almost as if our cat was in vacation too! When we picked him up, it seemed like he didnt want to leave! I will continue using the MOD hotel for all of our cat-boarding needs!
