I’ve been seeing Meg for massages for over two years now and she is truly incredible. She has supported me through both pregnancy and postpartum, and I always leave feeling so much better.
Most recently, I saw her about a week after giving birth to my second baby when I was having a lot of upper body pain from breastfeeding and constantly holding a newborn. Meg knew exactly where the tension was and worked through my neck, shoulders, and upper back so thoughtfully. The relief I felt afterward was immediate. This relief significantly helped my breastfeeding journey - something I wish I had done with my first baby.

I can confidently say Meg is the best in the business. After trying multiple prenatal massages with other therapists who seemed hesitant to use any pressure during my pregnancy, I was starting to get a bit discouraged. Most of them were overly cautious which left me feeling disappointed in my experience.
But Meg was incredible. She took the time to listen to my concerns and tailored the session to address my specific needs. She was knowledgeable and confident in her techniques, and was not afraid to use deep pressure on me-exactly what I wanted! I continue to see her postpartum because she is simply amazing. Very seamless to set up and Meg definitely knows where the sore areas are. I was being induced later that evening and so booked an appointment with her for the morning. I was starting to dilate but wasn't in active labor. She helped address some sore areas and also pushed on some trigger points to begin labor. My water broke naturally later and went into labor that next morning. The massage itself was wonderful and Meg was lovely to talk to during the massage. I would absolutely recommend!
