We paid to have this company move our gas line in the kitchen, the price was very high, they were here for almost 8 hours and the finished product has me calling another plumber to redo their work. My range can't go against the wall now as the line is sticking out of the wall instead of inset like it should be. The drywall and insulation was left all over the ground in the basement and the trash left in my compost pile in the driveway for me to pick through and sort out. They also quoted $1000 to change a single toilet out- try a different company.
Mallard has been doing work for us for 20+ years. We just had them clean our ejection pump and fix 2 dripping faucets. Roberto and a helper showed up on time, put on their shoe covers, completed the work quickly and without making a mess, and were friendly and helpful. $350 well spent.
I have used Manuel in the past for a lot of my plumbing and he did a great job then and was very responsive and professional. I had an appt. for Monday to see about a cleanout installation. Not only didn't he not show, and I waited around for 2 hours, but he didn't have the courtesy to call me and respond even after I called him. I don't know what has happened to him in all these years but I certainly won't be calling him or using him ever again.
