Jordan at Pipe Spy was a pleasure to do business with, he came out and was upfront and honest about the sewer line testing that Oakland requires property owners to do, he then promptly sent a quote and scheduled the job within a week of meeting him and I’m now able to move on!
THANK YOU JORDAN!!
Pipe Spy repaired the sewer lateral at our 102-year old house in North Berkeley last week as required by the City of Berkeley. Their representative James Hall Gallagher responded very quickly to my request for an estimate, did a thorough inspection, and clearly and patiently explained everything that the city would require, including replacing an ancient drainage system that didn't work and violated city codes. They scheduled the work while we were out of town for a few days, fixed everything quickly and professionally, cleaned up everything, and put our landscaping back together so no one could tell they had been here. My wife and I are very pleased with their work… read full review
Incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and skilled team. Made a huge effort to minimize any damage to our garden, and left the areas they had to dig up cleaner and better looking at the end than when they arrived. Lovely people to boot!
