We had minor water intrusion from an exterior staircase that leads to a rooftop deck on our San Francisco home. The original stair finish was a fabric-and-latex system that wasn’t meant to be a wear surface, and over time it started to fail.

M7.24 completed a two-phase project for our condo building following a recent balcony inspection. Henry came out to provide estimates for each phase and helped us prioritize the various components of the work. Throughout the project, Henry and his team were communicative, efficient, and flexible—especially when it came to coordinating access to different units. They even brought in a specialized engineer to evaluate one particularly tricky area. They made a big project feel as easy and smooth as possible, and we’ll definitely look to them again in the future!
