excellent friendly staff, PT (Jocelyn) is attentive, skillful, listens and communicates well.
The only issue is with the website, where I am supposed to be able to cancel and/or catch waiting list openings. It doesn't work, despite some manager looking into it.
Due to a major gastrointestinal episode, I was incapacitated for 2 months and could barely move when I came home. Level Up helped me to regain my strength in a positive, encouraging environment. Highly recommend especially for pelvic floor issues.
Level Up Wellness is a gem of a clinic and I can't recommend them enough. The front desk staff are friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. The space is sunny and cheerful in a calming way. Dr. Danny has now moved into my top spot for Healthcare providers. He listens, is empathetic, curious, knowledgable, and creative. He has an understanding of ME/CFS and Long Covid and incorporates the unique needs and challenges of these chronic conditions into treatment plans so deftly (a rare experience for me as a patient!) . I feel supported here, rather than pushed, all while gaining strength and healing. If you have need and the chance to receive care here, take that opportunity!
