This place is amazing. I was having terrible sciatica and could barely walk. After just 4 sessions and at home exercises I have been pain free for over 4 months! I finally got to go backpacking with my kids. Thank you to Kristin and Alex who met with me and helped me reach my goal!!
I’m so glad my cancer surgeon recommended Dr. Jocelyn at Level Up Fitness for my post-mastectomy PT. She is patient, gentle, and thorough and I’m already feeling the results. Everyone I’ve met so far is helpful and friendly, including Nicole at the front desk. Two thumbs up!
I love Level Up! I've been seeing Dr. Jocelyn as I prepare for labor & delivery and will continue seeing her for postpartum recovery. I scheduled a consult at 28 weeks pregnant thinking I might come back just a few times, but it's been so useful that I'm still going 6 weeks later. Her approach is very accessible, she's excellent at explaining what we're doing and why, and there are easy-to-follow videos for practice at home. It's a really relaxing hour of my week to come in and have this kind of support. The rest of the clinic staff are also great, super responsive, and make scheduling easy. Highly recommend!
