This doctor (Tara Gonzalez) and staff at la clinica have been so helpful and supportive!!
If you need to get labs done here keep in mind that it is walk in only, the first time I showed up at around 2pm and it was a very long wait so I came back another day. The second time I came at 4pm and was able to get my labs done after just a half hour of waiting.

so far this has been a terrible experience coming to this office based on several factors you can come as early as 15 mins and someone can come as late as 15 mins and you will still be seen last they prioritize Hispanic patients and I would not recommend coming here they don’t take high risk patients serious at all and that’s my biggest concern in my opinion this office should be shut down to have proper training and have a diversity of staffs and doctors to accommodate not just 1 race needs sad to say pregnancy supposed to be fun but this office will make you have all types of regrets . Oh yeah train the front desk people they are very rude and have a tendency of telling you instead of asking big difference FIRE THE WHOLE STAFF !

Not a professional operation. Poor service. Their lab has a sign that says they take their patient at 4:45pm. Most people work and Monday-Friday, the lab isn’t open on weekends. I was turned away at 4:05pm because they had a patient booked at 4:15pm. Okay, there’s 30 minutes before 4:45! It doesn’t make any sense. Wasted my time going there. If 4:15 is the last appointment time then post that and update your outdated sign. Find another place to go to. You can’t even find street parking here. It’s a huge pain.

This place is a scam. I brought my sister here for her wisdom tooth extraction. They took her in, did some exams and told us they couldn’t do anything regarding the wisdom tooth. Then they referred us to the Highland Hospital. If you can’t do anything for the wisdom tooth, why would you take the patient in and perform exams in the first place? We had clearly mentioned she needed help with her wisdom tooth. Later they sent her bill to her address. This place is horrible. Avoid.

Unbelievable. I have been going to the dentist here long ago and it was fine and good. The dentist knew what they were doing and doing an amazing job. Now it's ridiculous I caught one of the dentist who were literally GOOGLING on how to do their job. I came for a cleaning, told me to munch on a pill, brush my own teeth and once I was done. I lay down on the seat just like she wanted me to do. I caught her googling then goes so AGGRESSIVE with my teeth. I started to bleed so much. Once she was "done" my mouth was literally covered with my own blood. Ridiculous utterly ridiculous. Everything's also, with the service it's just went down seriously this place needs to stop and be better again just like 5 years ago or so. After this I'm changing dental care location.

"You need to come back for another appointment, call and book another"This ABSOLUTELY needs to change, instead of me calling, clogging up the phone lines being put on hold, and getting told "all our appointments are booked", YOU need to tell us the "NEXT AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT" and just book me for that one. For some reason this place can only plan appointments in small increments of 2 weeks to a month. Sometimes the answer is, and I kid you not, "We're booked for the month, KEEP CALLING AGAIN"... WHY? No wonder the phone lines are clogged all the time! Please Please Please at minimum refine your appointment system to book next available, peoples livelihoods are on the line. Online appointment booking or google calendar, just anything to combat this problem
