Over the last few years in his care, Dr. Louie has proven himself to be an excellent dentist. He does his own cleanings and is calm and gentle during treatment. I recently had some cosmetic work done where he added composite to my front teeth and the outcome was excellent - I couldn't be happier.
I've had to change dentists because of insurance issues multiple times in the last few years. It has been supremely annoying, but on the bright side it has led me to Dr. Louie!His office is located in a building with a few other small healthcare providers and is pretty small. He had one receptionist working while I was there, and unfortunately she had trouble running my and my husband's insurance - I don't blame her though, we have complicated out-of-state insurance. Dr. Louie actually helped resolve that himself! Another point for him. Once the cleaning began, I was very impressed by how gentle he was and how knowledgeable he was about teeth. I've been to many dentists but I've never heard so many dental and flossing facts while I was getting worked on. He also gave me some flossing tips I had never heard before which I've implemented in my daily routine. The biggest plus for me was that my mildly dentist-phobic husband had a similarly pleasant experience. He said he wouldn't mind coming back for a checkup sometime in the next year, which speaks volumes to the quality of work Dr. Louie does.
I have been going to Dr. Louie for all my dental work for at least 20 years. I wouldn't change because I love everything about his office and the dental work he does. The staff is very friendly and I'm always happy with the teeth cleaning I go for. He did alot if necessary work on my teeth when I first started going to him and with the advice he gave me after it was completed I just go for cleaning twice a year. I'm very happy with my teeth.
