I cannot recommend this place enough. They came recommended to me by my friend (thanks, Erin!) as I was literally shaking after an awful interaction with another dentist in Emeryville. Dr Butler and her team were amazing to work with, from the little details (asking what my pronouns were in my first interaction with Dr Nyugen) to guiding me through a specific issue I had with teeth grinding. Dr Butler and her staff fitted me out for a device (deprogrammer) that seemed unlikely to help, so unlikely that I actually asked for a refund which they graciously offered. Wonderful experience! I hadn’t been the the dentist in a while and the team here made me feel comfortable & supported and made sure I understood everything that was happening. Getting to watch Netflix under a cozy blanket during my cleaning helped too!

Julie cleaned my teeth at my most recent appointment and she got all the stains off that I thought were there to stay. Thank you! Everyone is always so nice and communicative, I love this dentist office.
