I cannot recommend Kelsey enough! I have been seeing her for 6-7 months now because of knee pain, and since seeing her I have been able to get back into running regularly and have completed multiple half marathons! That alone is something I’m thrilled about, but Kelsey has been so great beyond that…she takes time to check in before every session and truly listens and cares. She never presses, but she’s always warm and open…and our conversations have gone well beyond my knee pain to include digestion issues, perimenopause, and life stresses. She has been so supportive and I’m so thankful to have found her via a neighbor’s recommendation. She’s truly the best!!!!
For years now, I've been going to Kelsey 2x/month for acupuncture and I recently started going for microneedling, too, which I love. I look forward to my appointments so much!
