The sales person that I had was very knowledgeable in assisting me with purchasing some new eyewear not only does Kaiser have very chic and in style brands, but the sales person was giving me their honest opinion, and I didn’t feel like they were just trying to make a sale. I’m glad I’m a member thank you, Kaiser.
Martell is very kind; he helped me choose the right frames. The previous week, I went to the optical department at Kaiser in Los Gamos, San Rafael, and the man at the front desk was very rude. I think he didn't like that I interrupted what he was looking at on his cell phone; I left without being helped.
Same-day appointment, just walking over after getting a shot across the street. I think it was luck because someone must have cancelled. Incredibly convenient and efficient. The optometrist was fantastic.
