I am so grateful to the surgeons, doctors who worked hard and nurses and staff who helped my stepmom with stage 3 cancer tongue cancer for 2 years! And she made it and got back to normal after all we love you guys!

I am so fed up with Kaiser! After waiting for three weeks for a physical therapy appointment for an acute episode of sciatica (and that was three weeks AFTER I demanded a phone consultation; otherwise, it would have been longer), they emailed me the morning of to cancel that appointment and suggest an appointment date another three weeks away! Most people would like to have specialist appointments during the time they have their worst symptoms, so the specialist has a good chance of diagnosing the problem. That is not Kaiser's philosophy. They know that most conditions go away after two or three weeks on their own, so they will save a lot of money by postponing and... read full review

I felt like they cared about me and my situation. It was a late night ER visit. Everyone I encountered was kind and caring.
