Being an integral part of the Native American community for over 70 years speaks for itself. This is the hub for many urban natives in Northern California especially in the Bay area.
I haven't been their since my brothers grandma Sarah's celebration of life. My grandma is jonnella la rose and I miss her alot!! But as children me and my brother loved it their. I remember one time as a kid and running all around the building playing tag. I got injured but I didn't notice since I was having so much fun haha I miss it. I miss Corrina gold as well, a long time family friend that I consider family!!!!
We had such a wonderful time at Pow wow dance class. We also attened the commity pot luck dinner before hand it was just as wonderdul. The kids had a ball and so did us adults. There was a Northen Drum and Southern drum and we danced the night away.
