The optimist Jane was helpful and attentive with my prescription but one of the staff here was extremely rude to me when I came back to change my prescription within 90 days as I was having increased headaches and nausea even after several weeks of trying the first prescription. She was pretty adamant that I must be doing something wrong and talked down to me. I did eventually get the prescription changed but I really didn't appreciate that kind of treatment when I was simply trying to get help on the issue. I can't really recommend this place.

After getting an appointment the glasses broke. They won't fix them and I wasn't given the option to purchase the frame that broke. The ladies at the door weren't interested in the fact my vision is really bad and without glasses driving could be a tragedy. So no this establishment I wouldn't recommend I rate it a ZERO. And another thing they didn't in form me about the need of prism. This whole thing with this establishment was all bad for me. Take heed people!!! BEWARE

I had a fine experience a year ago, but after scheduling my appointment this year, the office rescheduled twice because they couldn't get insurance authorization (the same I used last year) and then called me a third time ON THE DAY of my appointment to cancel altogether. They said they still were unable to connect with my insurance. VERY disappointing and frustrating. They should know which insurance they contract with and to string me along for more than 2 months is unacceptable. I could have found a new provider and got the new glasses I really need by now.
