The rooms aren't large enough for handicap access; that's the only negative I can say. The doctor and staff are amazing in how they treat people and help however they can. They make you feel important

I always feel taken care of each time I’ve visited here. From my exam to discussions with Dr. Hafen. She’s so knowledgeable, explains in detail whats going on with your vision and she genuinely cares. Highly recommend this place.

Dr.Jane Hafen O.D. is personable, thorough and professional. Top of the line equipment is used to examine and diagnosis the status of your vision. Dr. Hafen provided explanations of my test results and what the next steps would be. She described the procedure and I felt very confident with her recommendations. We had a great visit! The Bay Vision staff was helpful and accommodating and they have an excellent selection of designer and affordable frames. I highly recommend Bay Vision Optometry for your optical service needs.
