Mathew, Michael (attorneys) and Katie (paralegal) exceeded all expectations in handling my car accident injury case. The insurance company was unwilling to work with us for the first 2 years of the lawsuit but they didn’t give despite not receiving a settlement offer until 1 week before the trial date.
In the end they were able to get the insurance company to settle for the full policy amount which I was not expecting.
On top of their diligence with the case they were extremely helpful/friendly throughout the entire process explaining how the system works and keeping my spirits up despite the best efforts of the insurance company.

At the time Mr Fred Haley handle a case forme. Lucinda G Darling (Cindy) against the Hayward police Dept.Mr. Haley Won and the law was changed what the police department’s were allowed to do.This case set president’s for the first case ever won against the Police department.Also first case ever won for a judge’s wife serving on the jury.This case went clear cross county. It was in all news papers, TV stations for a full week as well as good American, and radio stations.Thank You So Very MuchMr. HayleyI will never for get you!
