Andre the Barber is a true artist. WOW. What skill with all texture of hair, ultra thick, curly, made a handsome, cool haircut that kept the personality of the long-hair in the chair. So much attention to detail.

Jenji is a professional barber at Golden Roots Barber Lounge who is always prompt and gives positive energy to the clients. My son feels comfortable getting his hair cut at the Golden Roots salon and as a mom I feel good because of the atmosphere of the shop i.e. (no overly loud conversations/music riddled with profanity). They play irie world music which tends to soothe and adds culture to the shop. Jenji seats my son right away and gets him out of the chair looking tight every time!

First off, the overall staff in this establishment are friendly and professional. I myself had a barber for over 12 years, but unfortunate turns lead me no choice but to seek someone new, and I'm grateful I came across this barbershop. I sought out Yonas because I admired his work on social media, and I'm elated I did because he is definitely a master of his craft. He's professional, kind, and he takes his time in giving you a crisp, clean cut! Along with his services, you're welcomed into a clean shop with great decor and ambiance. I definitely recommend Yonas if you're in need of a great barber, just be sure to secure your appointment online.
