I have used Geek Squad for over 10 years. I can not be out their support. What ever services they provide is better than my own knowledge. They are available even when I am away from home. They also keep me away from the many scam artists who claim they have a fix. Most of all when something goes wrong with my laptop, I panic, drive to the store and wait until I can be seen and they generally fix the problem to my relief.

A technician from the Geek Squad recently installed a WiFi Mesh network in my home. The installation was mostly a success. After the tech left, I found one other WiFi smart device that missed getting hooked up (it was previously with old system).

I after failing to hook up this device on my own, I called tech support associated with the device. That tech support then recommended that I call the installer (of the tankless water heater). The WiFi device allowed me to schedule the tankless water heater so hot water would instantly be available per the user's schedule. No one associated with this water heater could help me....it was a Humpty Dumpty story.

I'm computer stupid. So after struggling and getting upset I took my laptop to the geek squad. I had an 11:40 appointment and as usual I was early. The tech took me right away and by 12:10 she had the software uploaded and gave me shortcuts. For people like me who technical issues does not come easily I'd recommend you pay and get the help needed. Extremely patient!'
