I've come here multiple times for multiple issues and when I thought my shoes were done, they were brought back to life. I have an old pair of docs where the heel kept coming off, those were fixed. I had uggs with awful oil stains and when I got them back, good as new. I bought a lovely minimal pair of black leather sandals that fell apart during a vacation, and Fruitvale shoe repair made them good as new and secured the heel so I wouldn't run into the issue again. Great place! I can't recommend them enough!
Very good cobbler, had a pair of boots with a rip in the heel and was turned away by 2 other cobblers in Alameda. He fixed my boots and they've been holding up well for almost a year now. Also recently dropped off another pair of boots to get vibram soles put on and he did a great job, highly recommend
