Francisco took 7000 for a writ that was never executed. He didn’t show up multiple times on my behalf and created a situation where there was a warrant for my arrest because he no showed and failed to inform me he missed the court date. Francisco is not honorable or reliable and does not do what he says. Do not hire him. The judge threatened to dis bar him.

I needed some advice on a speeding ticket I got back in 8/2023. I paid my ticket and took traffic school only to find out later that I was never eligible. Francisco said they'd have to reopen the case and he was 90% confident he could fix it. It would normally cost $600 to get the ticket dismissed but since the case had to be reopened, it would be closer to $1k. He recommended I check with my insurance company to see how much my rates would increase and whether or not it's worth fighting in court. I found out the cost was about the same but I'll probably go with my insurance since it's not a lump sum. The fact that he didn't push me to go with him and said I should do whatever costs less is the kind of service I wanted. I will definitely keep him in mind if/when I get into another ticket situation.

Changed my account, here is my 2014 review! So the CHP claims I was speeding in July 2013 and was pacing my Porsche 911 at some outrageous speed in heavy bumper to bumper rush hour traffic as I passed a Prius going 50mph in the fast lane. I haven't received any moving violation for about 18 years and qualified for traffic school, but I wanted to fight the ticket. I called up Francisco to see what he can do to help me contest the ticket. It was $600 prepaid with no results guranteed but that usually he can get traffic school for the defendant, which I already had. Either case, I decided to go for it. I did inform Francisco that I cannot be present at court but he did advise me that it would help for me to be present. He sent to court and the court date changed three times and ultimately in March 2014, it went to trial. One week later, I received a letter from the court that my case was dismissed! Thanks to Francisco, justice was served! Highly recommended!

To anyone reading my review take it from me Mr Rodriguez is a top notch lawyer . I got blindsided by 2 tixs in a tix trap in San Leandro I'm a commercial driver so make a long story short paying fines no points , dont let the minivan fool you he's a 007 lawyer thanks again Mr R

Hello everyone , I don't usually review but this one I had to so anyone reading this is my situation that I want to express. Francisco Rodriguez my lawyer plea the case From DUI charges to dry reckless . That is like a miracle for me . Reasonable fees and satisfied case he had done for me . He told me to keep going with the case until the end . He did a good fight with victory against the case . I am very happy because it can effect my citizen ship if it's doesn't work out. After all I am very much satisfied and I would recommend to anyone who had any particular cases . Talk to him and let the victory comes to you. The judge drop the case from DUI to dry reckless . Thank you so much for taking care of us and anyone that needed help .... have a Francisco by your side. May god bless us all.
