I was supposed to get my regular ends-trimming, but for some reason Devon decided to give me this haircut (pls see 1st photo in yellow t-shirt). Of course had I known he was cutting my hair like this, I would’ve said something. I trusted Devon, because as previously stated, he’d never done anything like this to my hair in 20 yrs. This review is solely for Angela and not the salon. My daughter went in with a very specific hair color in mind and shared several pictures with Angela and 11 hours and $680 later she walked out of the salon with a totally different look. We tried to have her correct her color and she absolutely refused to without charging more money. During my last attempt to work something out with her on a phone call, she yelled at my daughter and blamed her for not achieving the color she wanted. Most professionals that are proud of their work would have tried to at least fix it.

Angela Tee is extremely unprofessional, rude, and doesn’t know how to color hair. Before our session I sent her over 10 photos for reference of exactly what I wanted. The day of the appointment, she took so long she cancelled her next appointment and spent just over 11 hours coloring my hair. Meanwhile, during the appointment she did not ask me for my input until my hair was already lightened more that what I would have liked, and, not wanting to question the work of a “professional” hairstylist, I decided to trust the process thinking she knew what she was doing.
