The service manager, Kim scheduled an appointment with me right away, provided an estimate and submitted it to insurance and she got an approval immediately with car rental coverage from the insurance adjuster within a day. I took my car there to get some work done on my bumper and dent. The service was excellent. They went through all the little details step by step, and I was treated like royalty.
