I've been getting my hair done at Fama's for years. Even when I moved 45 miles away, I wouldn't go ANYWHERE else to get my hair done. They are the best in Oakland, no lie.

My girls and I have been getting our braids done at Fama's for about 10-yrs now. I'm very particular about our hair and I always want it done right so my go to braiders are *Jula-the owner, *Gamou, or *Mariam.

Always satisfied with my hair. This is the only braiding establishment that actually listens to you, the customer and does not bust your brains out while doing your hair. Love this place!
