When I walked in the reception omg such a sweetie? I must take her some flowers!!! This is my last day of acupuncture I believe.. So than the sweetest lady walks me to the room. I didn't get names but she was so caring. I will be bringing her flowers for sure as well! Than Majorie my dr. That gives the treatment! Her posited energy her sweet soul! I just want to take-her home!!! Having positive energy around all the time! Beautiful lady! I'm going to miss them all!
My Dr. went on vacation after me first visit, didn't bother to tell me, and my treatment was delayed by a month!!!! Physical Therapy was not helpful at this location so I opted for Chiro/Acupuncture, so glad I did. I have been injured now for 3 months, I constantly had to be the middle man as Kaiser kept blaming it on ins and vice versa. In the end, it was Kaiser not submitting the paperwork to my ins company. What a mess. My doctor recommended I see a back specialist May 22. It is now June 15 and they suggested that something is wrong with my email. So what if something was wrong with my email don't you follow up on your clients or make a phone call? What a joke! Are they overworked, underpaid, Kaiser what is the deal? Manage your clients whether it be personal ins or workers comp. You are in the medical business give people proper care and in a timely manner.
I don't have tuberculosis! Working with the homeless puts me at some risk much like teachers but where teachers have kids with runny noses, our population has running noses, may not have had a shower in some weeks and has bee sleeping in garbage dumpsters or abandoned, pest filled buildings before coming to us. Kaiser occupational Health checks us out each year to make sure we haven't been exposed to TB and 11 years in, so far so good.
