Would highly recommend seeing Emily for any climbing related injuries! Emily diagnosed + helped me rehab a full A2 rupture on my ring finger back in May. 4 months later, I'm back to full limit climbing and recently sent my first v10. Emily was very attentive and flexible the entire time both in the initial appointment and in adapting my plan based on how my recovery was going.

I worked with Emily for a few months on a chronic finger injury from rock climbing. Working with Emily was great and I'm now climbing harder than before!
Without going into too much detail -- we identified the root cause(s) of the issue and then hit them with appropriate exercises + adjustments to my climbing routine.
