You made sure I had clearing from my doctors, I felt comfortable and understand with the knowledge you gave me about the routine you were about to do on my face, you ensured all my question were answered...I wouldn't have chosen anyone else BUT you to be the first person to give me a facial after dealing with breast cancer for the last two years. I just wish I found this place sooner. All of the employees there are friendly and considerate of your time. Quick service without ever being rushed. I've had laser done by both Alex and Yan. Both of them really knew their stuff. I came away with more knowledge than when I first arrived at the appointment. Seriously, I'm upset I didn't know about this place sooner.

Came to Oakland and really needed to get some "touch ups" Love this medspa especially the great customer service I get from Theresa! She's a gem and rare to hard to find stellar customer service these days There always on top of things with quick service got me in with an appointments the next day. The best prices they're procedures and products actually made a difference in my rosacea in only one visit. I'll be visiting them next time I'm in town. I had gotten the nanofractional skin resurfacing done. It's so worth it give them a try you won't regret it thank you Theresa!!
