After a bit of a slow start, they showed up, communicated well and did a great job. They were detail oriented and made sure everything was done properly. I feel sure that my balcony is completely waterproof and it looks great. Thank you Alex and crew.

We hired Elite to do some roof maintenance ahead of a solar installation. Alonso gave us an estimate and was reasonable on price. Juan and an assistant did great work, spending all day on the roof, and even fixing a gutter that had been badly installed. They've also offered to come back at no charge after the solar job is done just to look at the roof and let us know if anything was damaged or done badly. Would highly recommend to get the maximum lifespan from your roof.
