My dog is very reactive to vet visits, so I wanted to try a house call to make it a little easier for her. Dr. Reid and Kelsea were such an amazing team who worked together to make me and my dog feel comfortable. They talked me through each step and how I could help my dog for future vet visits. I was even able to get the medication I needed right at the visit. I will absolutely be using EBVHC for anything we need in future. Thank you Dr. Reid and Kelsea!

Dr. Reid and Kelsea are great. Dr. Reid has seen two of our dogs and is very gentle and kind with them. Having EBVHC around has eased the stress of having to bring our big dogs to the vet. 10/10 recommend EBVHC!

Easy to make an appt online. They came and were great with my cat, whom I could never ever have gotten into a carrier. Very easy to work with. Kind to my cats. Everything I could want in a mobile vet! Also gave me good advice for next time making him a little easier to get into a space where they could work with him. Highly recommended. Reasonable prices. I'll definitely call on them again.

Thank you East Bay Veterinary House Calls - EBVHC for the house call to give Watson, Pilot and DOG their annual exam and shots. Very difficult as a person who is blind to take their pet dogs to a vet, guide dogs no problem but only 1/3 of mine are a working dog! Dr. Reid and staff was great. Not to mention the driving thing, so much less stress on the doggos! Now nap time.

Dr Reid and Kelsey are the most amazing, kind and knowledgeable vets you could ever hope for. And they come to your house! What more could you ask for?! They are nothing short of cat whisperers. We use only them if we can, as our cats hate getting in the car and going to the vet really stresses them out. We have only ever gone to an after hours ER for emergencies (which they don't do), but they even removed stitches without sedation, saving us another trip to the vet! And our cat didn't even notice it, not to mention neither did we. You are in great great hands with these two, if you can get an appointment do not hesitate for 1 second!

This team is so excellent! I have a cat who is very reactive when feeling forced to do anything against her will and other vets would not deal with. Dr. Reid and Kelsea both came with compassion, treats, and a deep empathy for her. They were able to do all the things despite how ambitious for a spicy kitty and I'm grateful. Our two cats are not easy customers, but they were completely at ease during and post exam. Margo and Kelsea were both fantastic with them. I cannot say enough about how wonderful an experience this was. I've been going to vets for many years for the many pets I have had in my life (our oldest cat right now is 14 y/o) and I can say, without a doubt, that this was the easiest, least stressful pet health visit I have ever experienced.I strongly suggest you spend the few extra dollars (it isn't much more than a "brick and mortar" vet, especially if you have two pets) and make an appointment with East Bay Veterinary House Calls. You will not regret it.
