Needed timely treatment for my dog who was bitten unprovoked by another. Phoned in got an appointment an hour later. Received excellent care from caring and knowledgeable staff as well as ongoing follow up care. Couldn’t be more pleased!
Was my first time taking my dog Beauty here but definitely wasn't my last, staff is very helpful instructed me on shots my dog could get that I didn't know existed staff. I'll reiterate, staff is overall helpful and kind very informative I've already told several people about this place telling them to take their dog there compared to other VETS in both San Francisco and Oakland this place is very affordable, because hearing the prices of other places has always made me upset this place however the complete opposite locations easy to find affordable and accommodating. This is the second time I’ve had a great experience at East Bay Vet Clinic! I think it’s easy to get compassion fatigue when you’re working in this industry and I just appreciate the love the staff offers to my pup. They rightfully understand that he is baby (he’s 9) and also the cutest dog in the world. I like my professionals to be on the same page as me about these things. Absolutely recommend them. They did a great job with his shots and also clipped his nails! Really enjoy them.
