I'm so frustrated. There is apparently not one doctor or nurse on call at this practice for after hours??? It's a freaking high risk pregnancy office!! The two times I've needed to get ahold of them quickly I have been left up a creek without a paddle. Super disappointed. And their answering service staff are totally rude and unprofessional.

Agree with the 1-star reviews. Should be zero, if I could rate that. Recently moved here due to job and transferred OB practices in my third semester. Was told by former OB that I needed to do a follow-up u/s in my 34th week with the new OB. New OB was fine with this and gave me the lab order to do this follow-up u/s. East Bay Perinatal refused to give me an appointment, saying that they needed the referral in hand first, so I called the new OB to fax the lab order to them. I called Perinatal back, asking to make an appointment. This place continued to refuse to schedule me, saying that they also needed the PREVIOUS u/s results in order to schedule me. I was sent to this place because during my pregnancy I was considered high risk because I had gestational diabetes. Let me say I HATED going here. I understand they have to keep close eye on you during your pregnancy because GD is a serious condition, however I managed my sugars well. The Nutritionist Evelyn, was sweet and very helpful. Also the staff was really cool. I'm actually going to miss seeing them. BUT the doctors are totally hit and miss! Dr. Jonathan Weiss was amazing! A really cool guy. He was patient and willing to answer any questions that I had. He also did my ultrasound and he was very nice about reassuring me of things. Now they get 3 stars because... read full review
