I recently had an Abhyanga massage with Cecilia at East Bay Ayurveda. It was transformative. In her treatment room, I felt enveloped in warmth and tranquility--the space is a sanctuary, beautifully appointed, comfortable, and radiating a safe, nurturing energy.

Cecilia began our session by taking the time to check in with me before inviting me to smell the oil she'd selected. The scent was heavenly--rich, herbaceous, and immediately soothing--and as she massaged the warm oil into my skin, I could feel my tension melt away. Her skilled, rhythmic strokes were deeply relaxing and restorative, working to calm my nervous system and replenish my energy.

In the days following my massage, I felt calm, grounded, and balanced. I've just booked another visit. I highly recommend Cecilia at East Bay Ayurveda for a nurturing Ayurvedic experience.

I've had two services from East Bay Ayurveda with Cecilia: Abhyanga massage and Restore Refresh and both were just wonderful. Cecilia listened to me very carefully and chose the oils based on my concerns and needs. I felt relaxed and reenergize after treatments. And I highly recommend the facial that comes with Restore Refresh experience: the best facial I ever had. The skin on my face is clean, rejuvenated, smooth, firm, and simply glowing.

Just wanted to give heads up if you like a lot of pressure with your massages, this type of massage might not be the best for you. I'd describe this one as being at medium level.

I’ve been doing Ayurveda treatments for 20 years and this is absolutely one of the best I have had. I bought a three pack and look forward to my next treatment. It was super excellent. If you have a condition, they can help. If you’re stressed and need help with that, they can help. I think their clinic is rather magical. It’s large size and has so much to offer in terms of products and healing modalities. This place is a real gem and we need to all appreciate it. It’s very hard work to run a business like this. I really look forward to taking classes and doing more treatments in the future.
