Oakland Concentra needs more doctors due to the long wait of my past appointments. Dr Wilson is great at her job but she needs more help. Waiting time in the waiting room after the MA checks you in is 1 1/2 to 2 hours long. For me it was 1.5 hour wait inside the room. Not acceptable. To keep someone in that long is crazy.

Hi my experience with concentra was quite the unloving experience. Concentra is very slow, I know I didn’t came without an appointment and that’s because in the website it says walk-in’s are welcome. The reason I say they are slow is because there would only be 2 people in the waiting room to get admitted in. They would take forever to do this simple task. I came in to get simple blood test for work and didn’t leave until 1:30pm, mind you I get there at 9:30. And i don’t want to come of as a Karen because I’m not the type of guy to complain about everything, however come on now if you have 2 people waiting there to be seen just do your job and don’t keep... read full review

First of all the notice behind the reception counter is unnecessary.this is not a court house or DMV. I mean you have other options to go to.It is telling that your employees are an angel and intimidating others. Secondly, your water cup is uncomfortable and cheap.I knew Concentra since long time ago. You are deteriorating
